Stacie Aarestad Bio

As co-chair of Foley Hoag’s Public Companies and Capital Markets practices, Stacie Aarestad specializes in corporate and securities law, and regularly acts as outside corporate counsel to public life sciences, technology and cannabis companies. Stacie represents issuers in a broad range of capital market transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; she also advises on various other matters affecting public companies and their officers and directors such as ongoing ’34 Act reporting obligations, corporate governance and related regulatory matters, Section 16 matters, insider trading regulations, executive compensation matters and ESG.
