Frederic Cohen Bio

Frederic Cohen is a partner in Foley Hoag’s Paris office and has developed particular know-how for advising both international clients in their transactions in France, and French clients in their transactions with foreign parties. Frederic represents clients on private M&A and private equity transactions, restructuring (including distressed M&A and pre- or post-insolvency) transactions and general corporate matters.
