Erin Klein advises startups through Fortune 500 companies on strategic opportunities, commercial transactions, M&A, and general corporate matters. Through personalized service, Erin tailors solutions to meet her clients’ specific needs—even on the most complex of transactions. Erin assists public and privately held companies on a wide range of transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on complex strategic opportunities and M&A. She also assists clients with general corporate matters such as corporate formation, financings, commercial transactions and corporate governance. In addition, Erin has an active pro bono practice where she advises nonprofits on formation, IRS and state law requirements, and ongoing day-to-day matters. Erin’s clients benefit from her unique perspective and prior in-house experience. Erin was corporate counsel for a medical device company, advising on corporate and compliance matters, and supporting sales and clinical teams. As a result, she has a deep understanding for the business pressures and goals in-house teams face.
