Eric Belsley Bio

Eric Belsley, a partner in our corporate department, is a co-chair of our private funds practice. Eric’s practice focuses on the representation of private equity (including buyout, credit, and other strategies) and venture capital funds and their sponsors in all aspects of their business, including fund formation, management company/GP structuring, and transactions. He represents a wide range of fund managers, from well-known managers with billions of dollars in AUM to start-up and emerging managers.
