Allie Clark serves as outside general counsel to clients at all points in their corporate lifecycles, from formation to complex international mergers and acquisitions. She represents investors seeking to grow their portfolios, ranging from angel funds to large private equity firms. Allie's expertise allows her to understand unique and complex business models, so she can advise clients navigating all facets of the emerging company landscape. Allie has significant experience advising clients in a wide range of industries, including biomedical and pharmaceutical technology, consumer products, electronics and technology, internet commerce, renewable energy and sustainability, software, space commerce, and transportation and logistics. Allie currently serves as a member on the state of Colorado's Employee Ownership Commission and as a consultant and mentor to the Colorado Small Business Development Center network. Allie is also a passionate volunteer for Blue Sky Bridge, where she educates school aged children on body safety for the prevention of child abuse. Lastly, she also serves on the Law360 Colorado Editorial Board, responsible for providing feedback and insight on the outlet's coverage of the Colorado market and advising on best practices to shape future content.
