Jennifer Audeh advises her clients on high-stakes corporate matters and strategic transactions. Her clients include venture capital, private equity, angel, mezzanine, SBIC and other funds, as well as private and public companies. In 2020, she was named a “Go To Lawyer” for her leadership in the field. The support Jennifer provides ranges from counseling on corporate, partnership and securities laws to investment transactions, restructurings and SBIC licensure. She also has experience working with social impact focused clients on their formations and transactions. Jennifer frequently speaks on topics around small business investment companies, debt finance and credit trends, and company formation and fundraising. In addition to her practice, Jennifer takes an active role in the leadership at Foley Hoag, including serving as a Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Department. In that role she works to further the strategic goals of the department and Foley Hoag.
