John is a Partner in our Business Law Department. John’s practice involves an extensive range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, business dispositions, business re-organizations, real estate and other types of joint ventures and the preparation of commercial documents such as stock option plans, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, co-tenancy agreements and employment agreements. John provides services for companies in a wide range of industries including property management, real estate brokerage and manufacturing.
