Michael Slan is the Managing Partner at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction. Clients turn to Michael for practical and effective advice for all phases of a business life cycle, including start up, financing, governance, organic growth strategies, intergenerational succession, M&A and exit events. Michael particularly enjoys serving as outside corporate counsel to both public and closely held companies, because it allows proactive collaboration with senior management to help set strategic direction and structure transactions to avoid potential problems. Michael is an active member of the International Lawyers Network (ILN), an association of over 91 law firms worldwide and a former member of the ILN Board of Directors.
