Nicholas Flint Bio

Mr. Flint represents businesses ranging from small companies to large corporations on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, financing and lending arrangements, and debt and equity offerings. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Flint routinely serves as a general business and legal advisor to his clients, counseling on matters such as corporate governance and restructuring, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and the various corporate matters involved with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures. Prior to joining FCW, Mr. Flint practiced corporate and transactional law at the Atlanta-based law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Mr. Flint received a Business Administration degree, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Mr. Flint served as an Editor for the Georgia Law Review, competed and coached for the Georgia Law Moot Court Team, volunteered his legal services to local businesses through the UGA Business Law Clinic, and completed a corporate counsel internship with The Home Depot. Mr. Flint is involved with numerous community and business organizations in the Metro Atlanta area, including the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Flint has been selected as a Super Lawyers ® “Rising Star” for the past four consecutive years (2022 – 2025). In his free time, Mr. Flint enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Mr. Flint lives in Marietta with his wife, Maddy, and their two dogs.
