I specialise in corporate law and focus on M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and corporate real estate. Whether you are buying, selling or restructuring your business, entering into a new joint venture or raising funds, my no-nonsense approach is to get things done, whilst helping my clients navigate complex legal issues in order to protect their interests. I am noted as a key lawyer in Legal 500 UK for our M&A and Venture Capital practice areas and I specialise in transactions across a range of sectors, including technology, hospitality, infrastructure and real estate. My particular focus is on equity investments and eventual exits and I also have significant experience advising on corporate property deals (often with a cross-border element). I enjoy working as part of my clients’ team to deliver commercial and enterprising solutions. As someone who has once skydived alone and for the first (and probably last!) time ever after only a 15-minute tutorial, I would say that I like a challenge and to test my agility. Luckily, my deal flow often presents that opportunity.
