Brook John Changala practice is focused primarily on civil litigation, specifically, business, real estate, employment, and trust litigation. Mr. Changala also acts as general counsel to businesses advising as to risk exposure as well as general corporate matters. Prior to joining FitzGerald Kreditor Bolduc Risbrough LLP, Mr. Changala operated his own firm where he was part of a trial team that received an $8.7 million judgment in a trade secrets/breach of employment agreement case and successfully overturned a decision on the basis of apparent judicial bias. Mr. Changala has also been named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2018 and 2019.
