Mr. Broyles brings to FisherBroyles a diverse legal experience in the areas of corporate technology, commercial contracts, strategic acquisitions, as well as health and financial privacy, litigation and arbitration. A former senior attorney at Morris, Manning, & Martin, LLP, Mr. Broyles worked primarily with fast-growth companies, from technology startups to companies positioning themselves for merger and acquisition activity. During this time, he provided client support in technology and corporate transactions, privacy and security audits, and regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Broyles also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology, employment, and consulting agreements. At FisherBroyles, Mr. Broyles continues to provide these services as well as assists clients with the management and resolution of a wide range of legal disputes, including analysis of potential risks, dispute avoidance, negotiation of settlements, and guidance through litigation and arbitration processes.
