Bio

Jill Guldin is a civil litigator who concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in both federal and state courts on complex commercial and business-related litigation matters, including oppressed minority shareholder and intra-company disputes, shareholders’ rights and derivative litigation, restrictive covenants, construction litigation, contracts, insurance coverage litigation, and products liability cases. Jill has also represented businesses, executives, professionals, and other individuals in federal white-collar criminal defense matters and parallel civil actions. In addition, she has considerable experience in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Through her diverse practice, Jill has appeared before numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts, and has significant trial experience in complex civil jury trials and commercial arbitrations. She is also proficient in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including AAA arbitration, common law arbitration and mediation. Before Fisher Broyles, LLP, Jill was a partner at Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC, in New Jersey. Prior to that, Jill was an attorney at Fox Rothschild in Philadelphia for nine years. Jill attended Rutgers University School of Law – Camden while also working full-time for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender. At Rutgers, Jill served as a teaching assistant in the Legal Research & Writing Program and was a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion. She was also active in the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic, which provided legal assistance to local residents. In addition, she served as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Jill has prepared estate documents and advanced healthcare directives for low-income clients as part of her commitment to pro bono work through the Pennsylvania SeniorLAW Center. She has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey on legal issues related to informed consent and capacity.
