Jennifer’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution. Since her admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2001, Jennifer has accumulated experience in authoring and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and computer arts, as well as other technological areas. Example technological areas of practice include wireless communications, consumer electronics, semiconductor process, communication networks, optics, power systems, bioinformatics, materials manufacturing, medical devices, automotive systems, power tools, building products, and music products. Jennifer has also rendered numerous opinions regarding validity and infringement of issued U.S. patents, and has served as an intellectual property expert on numerous M&A insurance underwriting projects. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and Michigan.
