Bio

Janna Holloway represents a wide range of health care industry clients, including hospitals and health systems, outpatient rehabilitation, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practice groups, individual physicians, and home health agencies. Having served as counsel in both large firm and in-house environments. Janna provides assertive and practical, results-oriented approach, to help health care clients identify and resolve a myriad of transactional, structural and professional issues. As General Counsel for several multi-state, multi-site health care companies, Ms. Holloway has been extensively involved in health care transactions including asset purchase, stock purchase, merger, joint venture and management services transactions. Ms. Holloway has served as General Counsel for several private equity portfolio companies and has served as corporate secretary for multiple boards. Additionally, she has experience in payor relations, credentialing, managed care contracting and billing/reimbursement matters, as well as development and implementation of compliance programs, plans and policies. Further, Janna has experience in development and implementation of health care audit and risk management programs, designed to ensure best practices are met within the health care sector. Ms. Holloway helps her clients evaluate risk, structure compliant business transactions, and operate in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Additionally, Janna advises clients on federal and state regulatory matters, such as anti-kickback, self-referral laws, fee splitting, certificates of need, state practice acts, timely filing, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance.

Education
