Jack Tsang Bio

Jack Tsang is a Partner in the Firm’s Global Corporate Group. He is an advisor to companies at different stages of their lifecycles, from Series A through to IPO, as well as founders, venture capital, private equity and strategic investors. Earlier in his career, Jack worked at Slaughter and May where he gained experience in large-cap M&A, public takeovers, privatisations and capital markets, including advising on a number of AmLaw and IFLR award-winning transactions. He was also an active member of the Fintech and Tech Group at the firm where he advised UK and European financial institutions and other blue chip corporates on technology transactions.
