Geoff’s practice focuses on assisting companies and executives on a broad range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, general corporate work, licensing and distribution arrangements, senior executive employment arrangements, and business disputes. From 2007-2016, Geoff served on the Board of Directors and as an officer of TerraLex, an international association of more than 150 leading law firms around the world. Geoff assists his clients with their international needs and has law firm and business connections in most parts of the world. He is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Attachmate Corporation which at the time was the second largest software manufacturer in the United States. His responsibilities at Attachmate included oversight of all areas of operations worldwide, including finance, IT, manufacturing and distribution, legal and human resources. Geoff combines his business and legal experience to provide a broad range of counseling to his clients. Geoff has been active in angel investor groups and represents investors in and new companies from formation to exit transactions.
