Mr. Stone offers FisherBroyles clients a unique combination of domestic and international legal experience in the areas of international employment, labor & benefits law; technology licensing; international creditor’s rights law; and general commercial agreements. Mr. Stone has extensive experience advising on international human resources issues, including company hiring practices, employment agreements, employee investigations, disciplinary procedures, employment terminations, and development of compensation & benefits plans in foreign countries throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe. Other areas of his practice include healthcare technology licensing, third-party vendor agreements, commercial contracts, and foreign corporate & regulatory law. Prior to joining FisherBroyles, Mr. Stone spent over six years providing in-house counsel to Delta Air Lines, Inc. as part of the law department’s international practice group. Mr. Stone is admitted to practice law in Georgia and is a member of the International Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
