Zeev Holender Bio

Zeev Holender is a partner in our firm's Corporate practice and one of the most well-known attorneys in Israel. Dr. Holender holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard University. He has an incredible reputation of over 30 years in Capital Markets and Securities, Tax Planning, M&A's, and Cross-border Transactions. Holender provides legal advice on optimal tax structures for transactions; has expertise in large international transactions; and routinely provides clients with unique professional guidance that incorporates tax, business, and legal knowledge. In the past, Dr. Holender was a visiting faculty member at Tel Aviv University’s Buchmann Faculty of Law and taught courses in tax, corporate taxation, and more. Prior to joining FISCHER, Dr. Holender was the founding partner at the Dr. Zeev Holender law firm, for approximately 26 years.
