Omri Shilo Bio

Omri Shilo is a partner in the Real Estate Department and concentrates on development projects, planning & zoning, sale & lease of real estate assets, real estate taxation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Shilo specializes in complex and large-scale real estate transactions, combination transactions, the purchase of sites for offices, residential and commercial purposes, and the purchase and sale of yielding real estate assets. Mr. Shilo further counsels clients on an ongoing basis concerning the regulatory and planning & zoning aspects of such transactions.
