Liron Cohen Bio

Liron Cohen is a partner in FBC's Corporate, Commercial and Hotels & Tourism practices. Mr. Cohen provides general counsel to public and private companies. His practice includes representing major foreign and local companies and providing support to in-house legal departments across a full range of strategic commercial matters and ongoing business, as well as M&A and litigation. In addition to his commercial expertise, Mr. Cohen has extensive experience and wide knowledge in the fields of Aviation, Hotels & Tourism. Mr. Cohen provides counsel to major foreign and domestic airlines, tourism service providers worldwide and other companies that are involved in tourism-related activities, on various matters, including acquisitions; operations and management; corporate and joint ventures; franchising, licensing and outsourcing; consumers protection regulation; commercial agreements and dispute resolution. Prior to joining FBC (2010-2015), Mr. Cohen served as an associate in the Corporate Department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
