Debbie Goodman Bio

Debbie Goodman is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department. Ms. Goodman's practice focuses primarily on technology-oriented commercial transactions (local and international) and various types of intellectual property transactions. Ms. Goodman represents high-tech and biotech companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, in various fields (information technology, software, cloud services, cyber, internet, blockchain, semiconductor, food-tech and others), including regarding research and development activities, strategic alliances, licensing transactions, acquisition and sale of technologies and intellectual property, technology transfer transactions, and production, distribution and supply arrangements. Ms. Goodman has significant legal experience in the life sciences and biotech industries, with particular expertise in contracts in the fields of plant breeding and plant genomics. Prior to joining FBC in 2020, Debbie was a partner at Sharir, Shiv & Co.
