Avishai Sahar is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. Mr. Sahar specializes in real estate Law, including real estate taxation, planning and zoning, and real estate project finance. Mr. Sahar has years of experience in advising clients in diverse, complex real estate transactions. One area of particular expertise is advising real estate entrepreneurs on complex real estate transactions, and in representing clients in combination transactions, urban renewal projects and purchase groups. Moreover, Mr. Sahar advises Israel's leading banks, insurance companies and private finance entities in project finance transactions. Mr. Sahar’s financing experience extends from land purchases and purchase groups to entrepreneurial real estate projects including residential, commercial, offices, hotels, hospitals and more. Mr. Sahar’s extensive experience in advising on complex projects, includes the initial stage of land purchase, obtaining permits and financing and banking accompaniment, and registration.
