Sharon Klein-Manbar is a partner in FBC's Corporate practice, with a diverse practice encompassing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, securities law, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Mrs. Klein-Manbar provides day-to-day counsel to Israeli and multinational clients in the technology sector, with a particular focus on life sciences and medical service providers, and advises on all stages of their development, from start-ups to public offerings and beyond. Mrs. Klein-Manbar represents public and private acquirers and sellers, target companies, and private equity and investment firms in a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.
