Sarit Perlmutter - Sugarman is a partner in FBC’s Corporate Department. Her practice concentrates on capital markets, securities & commercial law as well as M&A. Prior to joining FBC, Mrs. Perlmutter served as the general counsel of a public traded real estate company and beforehand as a senior associate in the capital markets department of a leading Israeli law firm.
