Ronit Aizen Etgar is a partner in FBC's Capital Markets Department. She provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on corporate law, securities law and capital markets and specializes in raising private and public capital and issuance of financial instruments. Prior to joining FBC, Mrs. Aizen was an associate in the capital markets department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
