Orit Malka is a partner in FBC's Litigation Department and has extensive experience in representing leading multinational and domestic companies in class actions, derivative suits and complex commercial disputes. Ms. Malka represents major clients in a wide range of industries, including communications, insurance, energy, technology companies, and major players in the fields of telecommunications and media. Ms. Malka previously served as a teaching assistant to Professors Amir Licht (corporate and securities law) and Yoram Shahar (criminal law), at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
