Noam Wiess is an expert in real estate law. Noam has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of real estate transactions. Mr. Wiess's areas of expertise include commercial real estate and income-producing real estate, accompanying developers and contractors in construction projects and investment properties, urban renewal, establishing industrial parks, real estate taxation, purchasing groups, registering transactions and registering rights and compensation for expropriations. Mr. Wiess represents contractors and developers involved in the construction of residential projects, throughout all stages of development and construction. He represents and handles legal aspects of residential construction projects in Judea and Samaria (within the framework of rural and urban construction).
