Ms. Halperin is a partner in the Corporate Department and provides general counsel to foreign and domestic clients in diverse corporate, commercial, and financing transactions. Ms. Halperin has specific expertise in the fields of venture capital, private equity, debt restructuring, technology & life sciences and M&A, and has been involved in numerous complex international corporate and commercial transactions. Among Ms. Halperin's clients are international corporations, venture capital and private equity funds, public companies, and emerging growth companies in the various stages of their development.
