Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho has extensive expertise and a prominent reputation in leading significant large-scale construction projects, including residential projects, income-producing properties, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and offices and hotels. Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho has vast experience in complex real estate financing transactions and is skilled at representing both entrepreneurs and financial institutions. Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho specializes in providing legal advice throughout all stages of real estate projects, including land purchase and due diligence, changes in the property's designation, issuing of building permits, handling infrastructure, raising financial support for the project, marketing of the project, and executing agreements with builders and contractors. In addition, Ms. Sterenlib-Molkho advises her clients in all proceedings vis-à-vis relevant governmental and municipal bodies.
