Cole Southall Bio

Cole Southall is a partner in the commercial practice. He works with large and small Manitoba businesses to manage their governance and corporate structure, enable asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, provide robust terms of business for goods or services they offer and act as an advisor on commercial law matters generally. He has particular familiarity with competition law and the competition-related issues arising in a merger or reorganization. In addition to Cole’s corporate practice, he acts as an advisor in estate planning matters for businesspeople and their families. A significant and growing share of Cole’s practice focuses on the commercial needs of health professionals and the healthcare industry. He works with other professionals in the firm to provide corporate, tax, and regulatory advice to established and new participants in the medical sector.
