Philip Stephenson is a Partner in the Corporate team at Field Seymour Parkes and has considerable experience of all aspects of Corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, MBOS, equity investments and releases, joint ventures and reorganisations. Many of those transactions have been high value and complex, often with a significant overseas and pre-completion structuring element. Philip joined FSP in 2018 having previously been a partner at several leading firms in this region and, before then, working at a top 20 City firm. Philip prides himself on a high level of service and, in a collaborative and unstuffy way, supporting clients and their businesses through key stages of the business life cycle, particularly growth, succession and exit.
