As a partner in Fieldfisher's Corporate team, I advise on a range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, private equity investments, fundraisings and mergers and acquisitions. My clients include private and listed companies, investment banks, management teams and entrepreneurs. I have particular expertise advising clients in the healthcare, manufacturing and retail sectors. I am highly skilled at driving transactions forward and getting a deal done, whilst providing commercial and pragmatic advice that adds value for my clients.
