Sven Labudda Bio

I am a Partner in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and advise on all aspects of Corporate, Investment and Capital Markets Law. A particular focus is on advising listed public companies and their governing bodies as well as funds, their management and fund initiators. I represent my clients in takeovers, equity and debt capital market transactions, venture capital investments, setting up funds and fundraising as well as in general questions of capital market, financial and fund regulation. Many of my clients are companies and entrepreneurs active in the Technology sector. I therefore regularly represent FinTechs and InsurTechs and, more recently, blockchain technology companies on regulatory and liability issues. I advise my clients in German, English and Swedish.
