I am a debt finance and restructuring lawyer with a broad range of experience in real estate finance, growth and venture debt, corporate lending and the restructuring of these transactions. I head the Banking Group and co-head the Financial Markets & Products Group and Financial Services Sector at the firm. My clients include banks, debt funds, corporates, real estate investors and developers, fintechs and investors into debt funds and platform lenders. The sectors in which I most often work include real estate, fintech, technology, hotel and leisure, student accommodation and life sciences. I enjoy building high performing teams, establishing long-term client relationships, innovating solutions, delivering an outstanding client service and helping clients structure and close complex transactions.
