Pascal Squercioni Bio

I am a partner in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity team specialising in private equity and mergers and acquisitions and also work in the area of commercial litigation. I advise on investment funds in their capacity as minority or majority shareholders. I also have extensive experience in the negotiation of management packages. I hold degrees from the University of Paris Dauphine (Masters in Management and International Business Law) and the University of Paris II (Master of Advanced Studies in Business Law). I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992. Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for 22 years at UGGC law firm in Paris, where he became a partner in 2000. In addition to my native French, I am fluent in English.
