I am a partner in Corporate department specialising in private and public M&A, joint ventures and capital markets work. I am an integral member of Fieldfisher's CIS Group and have extensive experience in advising entrepreneurs and businesses from the CIS region, particularly Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine with particular focus on energy and natural resources sector. I have advised on a number of significant corporate transactions in energy and natural resources sector in Kazakhstan and Russia. In addition I have experience in sports and banking sectors and advising clients on the resolution of investment and corporate disputes.
