Min Huang Bio

I am Partner at Fieldfisher China based in Shanghai office. My practice areas include general corporate, foreign direct investment, merger and acquisition and compliance. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked with several leading international & PRC law firms and once worked as inhouse of a US listed company. Since joining Fieldfisher, I have participated in various kinds of projects including perennial legal advice, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and a small number of commercial lawsuits. My serious working attitude, dedication and timely response to the clients’ requests and quality of work have won the trust and praise of partners and clients. I received LLB degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University, LLM degree in international law from Fudan University and another LLM degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. I am mainland China and New York licensed lawyer.
