I am a Partner at Fieldfisher China based in our Shanghai office. My primary practice areas include general corporate work, foreign direct investment, merger and acquisition and commercial litigation. I have assisted many multinational clients on their business operations in China. My experience also includes advising multinational clients on all aspects of Chinese anti-monopoly law, in particular drafting merger control notification reports, and preparing analysis in connection with anti-competitive behaviours and abuse of a dominant market position. Recently, I have focused on advising outgoing Chinese companies on overseas investments and cross-border acquisitions in Europe. I have written articles on Chinese anti-monopoly law. I have a masters degree from University of Hertfordshire in the UK.
