Graham Muth Bio

I am a corporate partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and deal with all aspects of corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions and disposals (domestic and cross border) for private and public companies, entrepreneurs and owner managers. My sector specialisms include acting for professional services businesses, such as accountants, lawyers, surveyors etc, in relation to their merger and acquisition activities and their internal structuring arrangements. I have also been involved in a large number of M&A transactions relating to financial services businesses and technology businesses. I also have significant expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions. I am the joint author of Sweet & Maxwell’s publication, “Shareholders’ Agreements”.
