I am a Partner at Beijing office of Fieldfisher China. I specialize in inbound and outbound merger and acquisition, venture capital and private equity financing. I have handled many large transactions in the industries of TMT, pharmaceutical, financial services, aviation, real estate, education and manufacturing. I also regularly represent banks and other financial institutions on pre-IPO finance, real estate finance, and structured finance matters. I provided legal services for many companies seeking overseas investments. I also participated in numerous venture capital and private equity financing transactions, representing both companies and investors in all stages. I regularly advised clients on the deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documents drafting and negotiation, governmental approval and closing in numerous transactions. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked with several leading international and PRC law firms. After graduating with an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from Nanjing University, I received a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Washington University in St. Louis and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from University of Wisconsin – Madison. I am qualified to practice law in China, New York and New Jersey. My working languages are Mandarin Chinese and English.
