I am a Partner in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and advise on Corporate Law/M&A, in particular on national and cross-border transactions. I have particular expertise in advising on private equity transactions and venture capital investments. In addition to my transactional expertise, I regularly advise clients on key corporate issues such as reorganisations, joint ventures and restructurings. I advise German and multinational investors and companies throughout the life cycle of a transaction. My clients include national and international corporations, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, venture capital investors and start-ups, particularly in the Technology, Energy, Infrastructure and Healthcare sectors, as well as real estate project developers. I advise my clients in German and English.
