I am a Partner in Fieldfisher's Munich office and Co-Head of Fieldfisher's Energy and Natural Resources group, focusing on Corporate and Energy Law. My particular expertise lies in advising on transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. I also regularly advise on M&A, private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions. These are mostly international, cross-border projects. I provide comprehensive support in corporate and energy law issues. My focus is on renewable energy, where I have advised on over 5,000 MW of solar, wind and other renewable energy projects in Europe and internationally. In addition, I have the exciting task of being jointly responsible for our advisory services in the Energy sector and setting priorities there. My clients include domestic and foreign investors, financial institutions and (family) businesses. As different as the clients are, as varied and diverse is the work I do for them. My work ranges from advising a joint venture for floating offshore wind projects, to the financing and acquisition of Europe's largest solar park with a capacity of 650 MW, to the mezzanine financing of various renewable energy portfolios in Germany, France and Poland. I advise my clients in German and English.
