I specialise in corporate law and dispute resolution. I have extensive experience and a strong track record assisting clients with cross-border investments – both inbound and outbound. Clients benefit from my in-depth knowledge of Chinese law, markets, culture, as well as my international background. I assist foreign investors to cooperate with Chinese state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private enterprises. I also assist domestic enterprises to engage in various types of overseas investment. As a result of my vast expertise, I have been appointed as legal counsel for over 20 enterprises and have been entrusted with their day-to-day legal affairs and legal risk management. My key sectors cover banking, real estate, biotechnology, environmental protection, advanced manufacturing, trade, media, Internet, artificial intelligence and construction. I have rich insights and experience in the field of commercial dispute resolution, good at representing all kinds of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and have been highly recognized by clients. I am an active member of several legal professional societies: I am the deputy director of the Foreign Legal Service Specialized Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association as well as the Cross-border Investment Legal Service Specialized Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association.
