My core practice is advising media clients on their corporate transactions, from early stage strategic investments and fundraisings through to complex joint ventures and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. I advise clients across a range of other sectors from tech to renewables, particularly on deals involving IP-rich businesses or with people as a key asset. I am ranked in the Legal 500 2023 as a Leading Individual for lower mid-market M&A deals (£50m to £500m).
