I am a Corporate partner and trusted business adviser to a range of UK headquartered businesses, including those owned by UK or international Entrepreneurs, Corporates or Private Equity houses. I am Head of Corporate in the UK Midlands. I specialise in M&A, joint ventures and equity fundraisings. For entrepreneurial businesses, I often act as if I were the business's General Counsel, helping them source answers to all their legal issues and questions. I work across all sectors, but with a focus on technology, healthcare, manufacturing and leisure sectors. My principal objective is to deliver reliable, innovative and cost effective solutions for the enterprise and its owners.
