Pedro Reyes-Bibiloni is a Member in the Corporate Division at Fiddler, González & Rodríguez, P.S.C., and a member of its Environmental and Energy Practice Groups. Mr. Reyes advises clients in regulatory and compliance matters before the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Control Board, the Puerto Rico Solid Waste Authority and the Environmental Protection Agency in matters related to solid waste management and land use and development. He has considerable experience in reconsideration and judicial review processes relating to environmental impact statements and land use determinations. In the mergers and acquisitions area, Mr. Reyes has advised clients in due diligence processes, including Phase I reviews, for major transactions involving local and international business entities. He served as Director of the Legal Department of the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board (EQB). Prior to that, he served as Staff Attorney at EQB concentrating on hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste matters, and environmental impact statement procedures.
