Kenn has practiced business law in the Dallas area for more than 35 years. His clients include industry leaders and startup ventures in many industries, including energy, retail, trucking, technology development, manufacturing, construction materials and investment banking. Kenn assists these companies with securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, and a wide variety of commercial contracts and other corporate matters. Kenn and has been actively involved in civic and charitable affairs throughout his career. He was appointed by the mayor of Dallas to serve as the first chair of the City’s Citizen Homelessness Commission, and he served in that position from 2017 through 2019. Kenn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Recovery Resource Council, a nonprofit providing substance abuse and mental health services and supportive housing to North Texans in need, and on the Advisory Board of Hope Supply Co., a nonprofit meeting the critical needs of homeless and at-risk children in the North Texas area.
