Ben represents clients in a variety of business-related transactions, including commercial real estate, business enterprises and commercial finance. His clients include entrepreneurs, startups, and medium-sized and privately held businesses. He regularly advises his clients on the structuring and implementation of all types of business matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations. Additionally, he assists his clients on all aspects of real estate acquisitions, development, operations, like-kind exchanges and lease negotiations. Ben has extensive experience representing developers of affordable housing projects utilizing low-income housing tax credits. He also represents financial institutions and borrowers in the negotiation and preparation of loan documentation on a fully secured or unsecured basis.
