Alex’s primary practice area is with small and mid-sized business owners in every aspect of their operations. He loves the details and has successfully managed client projects both large and small from inception to completion in a wide variety of practice areas, including entity formation and business startups, intellectual property, technology transfers, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
